Light Effects Tutorial

I explored Professor Sorapure's website and found this RAWZ Light Effects tutorial underneath the SpeckyBoy Photoshop tutorials. I've always wanted to learn how to create neon text. I created some depth by creating a 'carbon fiber texture' in the background. The font I used was called Boge. It is a free font as long as the project is for personal use and can be found on DaFont.com. I learned to use with Rectangle Tool (U) and the Rectangle Marquee Tool (M). I also learned how to use multiple layer styles like Gradient Overlay, Pattern Overlay, and Drop Shadow.
